Some of the Poznań Poles in Gnesen and Rice Lake Township initially settled in Buffalo, New York and Chicago, Illinois before migrating to Minnesota in the early 1870s.



Raszków is a town within Ostrów Wielkopolski County in the Greater Poland (Wielkopolskie) Voivodeship in west-central Poland. The population of the town was 2,043 in 2004.
