The Catholic Cemeteries
While some metro area churches have their own cemetery, the Catholic Cemeteries is a separate corporation that manages five Catholic cemeteries in the Twin Cities metro area that are not affiliated with a specific church. The five cemeteries are Calvary, Gethsemane, Resurrection, St. Anthony’s, and St. Mary’s. You may find that your ancestors are buried in one of these cemeteries, and it may be a long distance from their parish church.
