Holy Cross is part of a multi-campus parish that today includes St Hedwig’s, St Clement’s, and St Anthony of Padua. Holy Cross was considered the Mother Church of all Polish Catholic Churches in Minneapolis. The current church was dedicated in 1928.

St. Philip’s was formed from Holy Cross “for the people of the Polish race living in North and South Minneapolis.” The parish was merged with Church of the Ascension in 2011.

This church had a massive fire on April 19, 2021- total loss, uncertain if it will be replaced.
